NBCOT recognizes ANSI/IACET CEUs for (re)certification of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. Cancellation Policy:
Learning Partners reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient; if so, learners will receive a full refund. If the learner cancels attendance at a workshop, the leaner MUST notify Learning Partners via email or phone. If the cancellation is 14 days or more before event, a refund will be made. If notification is less than 14 days before the course, a refund of 50% will be made available.

Confidentiality of Education
Event Record Policy:
It is Learning Partners Policy that:
All Learning Partners records of Education/Training, will be kept confidential and private by:
- Securing all Continuing Education and Training event documents in a permanent document file
- Computer data base will be finalized no later than 2 weeks following completion of the learning event
- To ensure confidentiality and privacy, persons requesting copies of attendance or CEU Award must complete and submit the Learning Partners Transcript Request form

To Request Copy of PDU/CEU Award/Transcript:
Learning Partners does not require fees for one copy of PDU/CEU Certificate/transcript. Additional or repeated requests will be billed $5.00 for administrative fees. Records of transcripts/CEU are kept for 7 years. Request for records past 7 years will not be honored.
